Ocean Breathes Crunchy

It's the ocean(TM)!!
It's wet.
I'm a crusty old sailor, so I like things that look old and crusty... and old and crusty things are getting more difficult to come by.
So I made a crusty sea so that you wouldn't have to. I ran a polished water texture thru some layer filters, tiled it, placed it in construct 3 and added a water post effect...

THEN I SCREENGRABBED A VIDEO OF THAT.
THEN I THREW THAT SCREENGRABBED RECORDING INTO ADOBE MEDIA ENCODER AND GIFFIFIED IT.
THEN THEN I IMPORTED THAT GIF BACK INTO ASEPRITE.
THEN I CRUNCHED THE CRISP COLLECTION OF 194 COLORS INTO JUST 4 1/2.
THEN I WENT AND MADE IT BIGGER AGAIN.
ALL SO I CA... so... WE. WE CAN HAVE WHATEVER THIS WATER EFFECT IS.
